Refund Policy for LongShoreLine

Thank you for shopping at LongShoreLine. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy is as follows:

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards, health and personal care items, and any beverage that is not a soft drink, such as juices and lemonades.

Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns if the food item was received in a damaged condition or if the order was incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph of the item to initiate a refund or exchange.

Please note that slight variations in the product, such as toppings distribution or crust color, attributable to the handcrafted nature of our pizzas, do not constitute a fault or a reason for refund.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Amendments to the Refund Policy

LongShoreLine may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
