'LongShoreLine sprang from a modest vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a family venture with recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza-making during her sojourns in Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was committed to reproducing the enchantment of original Italian pizza, adhering to age-old methods and premium components.
Initially a quaint 12-seat pizzeria, it has expanded into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to utilize historic wood-fire oven techniques, craft our dough from scratch each day, and obtain the best quality ingredients available.
Now, 'LongShoreLine' is still family-held and managed, with the Rossi descendants at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic crew. Even though we have adopted some modern updates, our core mission endures: delivering scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites our patrons.
